Background
In order to promote exchanges and cooperation between China and Europe in the field of carbon neutrality and energy transition, to facilitate experience sharing between institutions and to establish an industrial think tank, the China (Germany) R&D Innovation Alliance (hereinafter referred to as "the Alliance") established a professional committee on carbon neutrality and energy transition on June 11, 2021.
As a highly energy-intensive industry, the industrial sector is the top priority for achieving carbon neutrality in China. Since the rapid industrialization in the late 19th century, the industrial sector has always been an important pillar of economic and social development, and the source of power for China's former role as the "world factory".
So how should the industrial sector respond to the goal of achieving carbon neutrality? The Carbon Neutral and Energy Transition Committee has invited Mr. Fan Snapdragon, Executive Director and General Manager of Shaangu Europe R&D Co., Ltd. and Mr. Li Guanlun, President of Asia Pacific and General Manager of China of Fuqan, Germany, to hold a seminar on Carbon Neutral and Energy Transition on August 6, 2021 at 9:00 German time (15:00 Beijing time) with industrial theme.

During the thirty years of working in Shaangu Group, he has engaged in technology, technical management, administration, human resource management and service industry management. During this period, he has presided over and participated in the experimental research of process technology of new materials, new welding technology, and new product development respectively. He won the second prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Progress Award, the third prize of Shaanxi Machinery Industry Science and Technology Progress Award, Shaanxi Machinery Industry System Quality Excellence Achievement Award, and many technical achievement awards at municipal and company level. Promoted the development of more than ten new industries involved in Shaangu and new technology research work, and achieved a number of results.

Graduated from RWTH Aachen University, Germany. She worked for Ericsson, Alcatel and other international communication giants, served for SQS Group in Germany, and was the chief representative of CQC Asia Pacific. Now he is the President of Greater China and General Manager of China for FUKAN Software. His main task is to lead FUKAN to establish a comprehensive development strategy in China, popularize the content and implementation of Industry 4.0, and assist Germany's Industry 4.0 to connect with China's intelligent manufacturing and promote Sino-German business technology exchange and cooperation. He has provided corporate strategy consulting services to many well-known companies, chaired several high-end industry and academic forums in the field of smart manufacturing, and has been invited to speak at several international smart manufacturing related forums.
